Global issue poems

Y5/6 : In music this term we have been writing songs and poems. These are a few of our most recent poems about global issues such as pollution, child abuse and poverty:

STOP STOP STOP
The cruelty to animals,
STOP STOP STOP
The cruelty to animals.

They have their rights
So why test on them,
They have their rights.

They don’t deserve testing
What have they done?
They don’t deserve testing
WHAT HAVE THEY DONE!!!

Co2 in the streets,

Keep it low, Keep the beat.

Co2 in the streets,
Keep it low, Keep the beat.

Japanese pollution, Japanese pollution, Japanese pollution,

It's killing the people, people people.

Japanese pollution, Japanese pollution, Japanese pollution,
It's killing the people, people people.

Carbon-flooding the world,

Keep the beat, keep the beat.

Carbon-flooding the world,
Keep the beat, keep the beat.

Global warming

Global warming Global warming
Don’t use deodorant it’s killing our trees.
Global warming Global warming
Don’t use deodorant it’s killing our trees.

Global warming Global warming
Don’t use co2 emitions it’s terrifying.
Global warming Global warming
Don’t use co2 emitions it’s terrifying.

Global warming Global warming
It’s going to kill us all.
Global warming Global warming
It’s going to kill us all!

Saving Animals

One by one habitats gone,
Animals fade away.
One by one habitat’s gone,
Animals fade away.

While schools are out playing,
Animals disappear.
While schools are out playing about,
Animals disappear.

We are here today taking lives away,
Something must be done.
We are here today taking lives away,
Something must be done!
